Given the unique and personalised nature of each order, we regret to advise that we are unable to offer replacements, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

In the unlikely event that your order encounters issues such as non-delivery or arrives in a damaged condition, we kindly ask that you notify us within 5 working days from the delivery received date. We also ask that you take photos of the damages immediately upon receiving any damaged orders and inform the delivery company where possible.
